Adrian brings a quantitative approach to building market infrastructure. Before founding WELD in 2019, he spent a decade designing electronic execution systems. He leads the firm’s strategy and its relationships with institutional counterparties.
Maya builds the systems that connect WELD to global markets. Her background spans distributed computing and low-latency engineering. She leads a multidisciplinary team focused on resilient infrastructure and measurable execution quality.
Daniel oversees our global OTC desk across spot and derivatives. He works with funds, treasuries and trading firms to translate complex requirements into precise execution plans, with a particular focus on counterparty experience.
