Contact enquiries, subscription requests and indicative quote requests are sent to the website server and stored in a restricted administrative inbox. Quote requests include your work email, instrument, direction and quantity. Submitting a form does not execute a trade or send an email automatically.

Please avoid including account credentials, wallet seed phrases, private keys, payment instructions or sensitive personal information in any form. Information necessary for an institutional relationship should be exchanged through a separately agreed secure process.

How browser storage is used

The website uses browser storage to remember cookie preferences. New contact, subscription and quote submissions are stored on the server rather than in browser storage.

Cookie choices are not synchronised between devices. Clearing site data resets those preferences but does not remove information previously submitted to the server.

Purpose and retention

Submitted records remain on the server for administrative review until removed by the site operator. Closing a request marks it resolved and does not delete it. Contact the team if you want to request removal; clearing browser storage does not delete server records.
